BCOMS (Black Collective of Media in Sport) is a pioneering organization committed to addressing the underrepresentation of Black professionals in sports media.

Founded in the UK, BCOMS works tirelessly to diversify the industry by providing opportunities, support, and resources to aspiring and established Black media professionals. Through mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, and networking events, BCOMS equips individuals with the tools needed to succeed in sports journalism, broadcasting, and production. The organization also collaborates with media outlets, sports organizations, and educational institutions to promote inclusive hiring practices and create pathways for Black talent. By amplifying Black voices and perspectives, BCOMS aims to enrich sports coverage, challenge stereotypes, and foster a more representative and equitable media landscape.
